On Wednesday, April 12, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) discovered $43.4 million, £27,800 and N23.2 million from a luxurious apartment on 16 Osborne Road, Ikoyi in Lagos state.
The EFCC's discovery followed a whistle-blower operation which led operatives of the anti-graft agency to the building.
While the owner of the money and the building were the money was discovered is yet to be identified by the commission, NAIJ.com has outlined the details of the luxurious apartment.
Also, what many Nigerians do not know is that, the controversial 'Osborne' apartment won the 2011 International Residential Award for the best residential property interior in Africa.
