Mario Mandzukic scored the only goal, as Juventus beat Inter Milan in the Derby d’Italia on Friday, to go 11 points clear at the top of the Serie A.
The Italian champions weathered a first-half storm from the visitors, who failed to make their dominance count.
Inter were then left to reflect on missed chances, most notably a Roberto Gagliardini shot which struck a post in the first half.
Mandzukic was responsible for the game’s decisive moment, heading in the winner at the back post.
Napoli remain second, while Inter are third in the table and 14 points adrift of their rivals and look all but out of the title race.
