Three league titles, a record seven FA Cups counts for a lot and the impact of Wenger on Arsenal and the Premier League in general is immense. His legacy remains untouched, untarnished but perhaps, if he had gotten that decade-elusive Premier League title and European success, he truly would have felt fulfilled and retired into a more administrative role.
